A sports science expert adviced me to consume "healthy drinks" and take in less solid food. That way, we can have healthy and clean diet...great for keeping fit. I was recommened to take "low fat" milk instead of Maggi Mee or biscuits whenever I feel hungry. Low fat milk is high in Protien and is good for health.
